My Life’s Purpose

Nurturing Every Child’s Potential

My passion lies in empowering people, particularly adolescents, to navigate life's challenges and make informed, positive decisions. Through the power of compassionate listening, empathic understanding, and timely support, I've witnessed individuals embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery and personal growth. It brings me immense joy and fulfilment to be part of their progress, and I consider it my life's mission to facilitate their well-being and empowerment.

At the core of my practice are programs focused on well-being strategies, life skills development, resilience and agility training, team building, and conscious parenting. As a trusted mentor and coach, I am committed to guiding adolescents and parents alike towards a path of self-awareness, confidence, and inner strength. My counselling sessions have had a positive impact on the lives of countless individuals, fostering healthier relationships and improved communication within families.

What sets my sessions apart is the integration of diverse therapeutic approaches, including storytelling, Logotherapy, REBT, CBT, Gratitude and Mindfulness Practices, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic programming. Each session is a unique journey tailored to meet the individual needs and aspirations of my clients.

I take immense pride in being a trailblazer in my field, having been the first Nurse to graduate from the Fellowship program in ISQUA (International Society for Quality) in India. My contributions have been recognized through prestigious accolades such as the Florence Nightingale State Award. Additionally, as a Master Trainer for WHO-GFATM (HIV/AIDS) and Sukshema projects of the Government of Karnataka, I am dedicated to sharing my expertise and experiences on national and international platforms.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I've had the privilege of serving as an RJ/Presenter at All India Radio and Doordarshan Kendra-Bangalore for over two decades. My passion for social causes, including environmental sustainability, human rights, and children's welfare, is evident in my work as a freelance writer and poetess.

In my volunteering endeavours, I am honoured to serve as an Ambassador for organizations such as the Patient Safety Movement Foundation and the International Human Rights Commission. My commitment to creating a better society, especially for adolescents and juveniles, is unwavering.

As you navigate through my website, I invite you to explore the wealth of resources, insights, and inspiration that await you. Together, let's embark on a journey of well-being, empowerment, and transformation.

Thank you for joining me on this meaningful voyage. Here's to embracing life's beautiful gift and making a difference in the world, one compassionate act at a time.
